PTC has increased our capabilities in the manufacturing of spare die components for dies we have manufactured and for dies our competitors have manufactured. By stocking the right raw tool steels and utilizing our six CNC machining centers, five wire EDMs, in-house heat treat, grinding and inspection capabilities, PTC is now heavily involved in vendor stocking programs for many of our current customers. Approximately 40% of our total output is manufacturing replacement details for current production dies.
